Nutrisystem Food - Lasagna with Meat Sauce

Sunday, August 19th, 2007

I’ve taken pictures of all the Nutrisystem Food I ordered. This will be a series of pictures of the Nutrisystem Food. Enjoy!

Layers of thick pasta ribbons, tomatoes, pinto beans, spinach, and three cheeses—all your favorites covered in a rich meat sauce. It’s your favorite classic Italian dish—ready in minutes.

While it may look small, it tasted pretty good. I added a few slices of turkey and some bread to go along with it and it was a good combination.

Why Adding Pictures Is A Good Thing

Thursday, August 16th, 2007

happyasianguy-stroller.jpgHey everyone! Sorry (again) for the lack of updates here. But things are going great. I’ve continued to monitor my food intake and most importantly I’ve stuck with going to my boxing class a few times every week. Going to the class has made me realize that not only does eating healthy help you lose weight, but exercising just makes you feel healthy overall and alot more energetic.

But anyways…I was going through my pictures and comparing how I look a few months ago to now and I realized how many pictures I haven’t posted yet on here. I browse through alot of diet blogs (if you have one, leave a comment here!) to get inspiration and to see how everyone is doing. I’ve noticed that by having pictures in your post can have a positive effect for yourself and your visitors. I tend to notice that I will spend more time on blogs that have pictures than those that don’t. Do you notice that also? Try it next time when you’re browsing around and see if a blog with pictures appeals to you more than one that doesn’t. I’ve also noticed that by going back through my old posts and see the older pictures I’ve posted, it helps me stay focus on my diet goals. So it’s a win-win situation for everyone!
