Sunday, August 19th, 2007

I’ve taken pictures of all the Nutrisystem Food I ordered. This will be a series of pictures of the Nutrisystem Food. Enjoy!

Layers of thick pasta ribbons, tomatoes, pinto beans, spinach, and three cheeses—all your favorites covered in a rich meat sauce. It’s your favorite classic Italian dish—ready in minutes.

While it may look small, it tasted pretty good. I added a few slices of turkey and some bread to go along with it and it was a good combination.

I would have loved to have given this stuff a try back when I was a fatty. Except for my blood pressure was high and all these pre-packaged foods have too much sodium in them. I have a sodium maximum that my nutritionist put me on and if I ate this, I’d almost be there.

I lost all my weight from just cooking my own food. I have ultimate control of what goes inside my guts. And it sure is cheaper than going out or buying pre-made food.

You’ll probably have to do that too when you’re done with Nutrisystem. Good luck.

(I have no idea how I got to this blog. I was just surfin’….)
