If you aren't very disciplined and need a strong support system to to achieve your weight loss goals then I think maybe you should go with one where you actually have to go in and talk to a coach. Like a Jenny Craig or something. If you're more discplined and can do it yourself, then Nutrisystem or Medifast is good. They have a lot of choices for foods and my favorite part is you order everything online. I'm a busy person with my career and kids so it's much easier if I can just order from my computer.
