Starbucks Is a No-No

You can cross Starbucks off the list of places I can frequent during my diet. A few minutes ago I went to the local Starbucks just to get myself a pick-me up. I figured, hey, why not get a frappuccino…how bad could it possibly be for you, right?
Well, there just happened to be a handy dandy nutritional menu next to the counter (after I ordered, of course) and here are the specs:
290 calories
35 calories from Fat
0% vitamin C
It’s not horrible, I guess. But it’s a lot worse than I thought. Hmm, now that I think about it I wonder if this is PER SERVING. There are probably like 2-3 servings for the size I ordered. Great!! Well, good thing I only drank half of it.
