Weekly Weight Update: 170.8 lbs

Thursday, May 31st, 2007

Only lost one pound since last week but have lost 16 pounds overall.

Start: 185.2 lbs
End of week 1: 175.4 lbs
End of week 2: 172.6 lbs
End of week 3: 171.8 lbs
End of week 4: 170.8 lbs

I have one week worth of food left and then I have to think if I want to reorder or not. If not, I’m going to start my exercise regimen. Now, that I’m trimmer I hope I can get more fit and ripped. We’ll see how that works.

16 lbs on nutrisystem is great. i am sure if you stick with the diet, you will continue to lose weight. remember, summer is coming up! =)

Things are good. I’m down 14 pounds in 15 week. Very jazzed about that. I’m going to order 1 more shipment, but I am putting it off as long as possible and currently doing some meal “on my own.”
